Can I upgrade later?: Yes. Start with one Lab on the free tier; when your department is ready to bring more Labs under one roof, reach out and we'll add them without an export-import dance.
Is the free tier really free?: Yes — for a single, standalone Lab. No card, no seat limits, no surprise meter that flips on at some usage threshold. Multi-Lab departments are paid; talk to us for pricing.
Do you sell our data?: No. Your purchasing data is yours and stays in the U.S. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service and help labs find savings — never to identify you, never sold. Any Lab can opt out (handy for ITAR or export-controlled work).
